I live upstairs in a loft in a great house on East 15th Street. It's a 12 minute walk to campus, 6 minute ride on a bike, 3 minutes to Stadium Express pick up point (which gets you to campus in the -3 degree weather in 15 minutes!) and very close to walk to both stadiums for games.

My room is quite large, and very private. It has everything you need except for a bathroom and kitchen, which are downstairs and shared with two wonderfully sweet gals. Re-finished wood floors downstairs in the living room, nice kitchen, and new shower unit. Quite clean also :)

Rent is $330/month + utilities, and the room comes with a really nice, large desk with plenty of workspace (it's just too heavy for me to keep moving around with me!) I'm looking to sublet my room for the spring and summer of 2006, but if you only need one of those time periods, please still let me know.
